Season 2008 Aims

Season 2008 Aims To be the first to Win a Round of the MTB National Series, The National Criterium Series & the Premier Calendar Series & National Trophy Cyclocross series in the same season.

Ian has had another quiet winter after having an extended 2007 season due to the World MTB Championships and chasing Olympic ranking points for GB. A pretty hectic 2007 season saw him win the Girvan 3 Day Premier Calendar Stage race win a round of the National MTB series and gain a silver medal at the National MTB championships. He has represented Great Britain at major championships for MTB & numerous World Cups for MTB and Cyclo-Cross; he was a member of the GB MTB WCPP for 4 years & has held the title of both Junior and Under 23 National MTB Champion.
To say he is equally at home on the road as off it is a massive understatement; His objective for the coming season is to win at least one round of each of the Premier Calendar Series, the National Criterium Series, the National MTB Series and the National Trophy Cyclocross Series.
